Regarding the use of signs of non-democratical organisations and the distribution of means of propaganda of
  non-democratical organisations (§86 und §86a StGB / German criminal code) it is to state, that on the site means of
  propaganda of non-democratical organisations and or artefacts in the sense of §86,3 German criminal code
  are used. Therefore it is not liable to prosecution, if the means of propaganda or the action or the use is intented
  serve as to civic enlightenment, as art or science, as research or teaching, as documentation on action of daily
  events, history or similar kinds of means.

  Only the German interpretation of the text is valid and only German law is applicable under exclusion of any
  international treaty, especially UN treaties on the sale of goods.
